I've been trying to figure out a way to post a place on the blog to send in requests for letters, however I am technologically impaired and have yet to figure it out. For now I am using a Survey Monkey surgery that you can openly type anything. Please include the name and address of the person that you would like a letter sent to. If the name is gender neutral please put the gender. Any additional information would be appreciated, it helps me make the letter as personalized as possible. Thank you!
